:BIND doesnt have one. According to the source tarball of latest release, 
:documentation is now only aviable via html IIRC. Is there any way to 
:have this in our tree somewhere? Cause I can't find it.

    Most of the documentation is present in the contrib source 
    (and we can add anything that is missing), and there is a
    directory for non-man-page docs (e.g. /usr/share/doc),
    someone just needs to hook installation into the build tree
    so the files get copied.  My plate is full right now but
    perhaps Eirik Nygaard or Chris Pressey can have a go at it.
