    Please make sure you are not using a gcc-3.4 built kernel or world.
    If you are, rebuild with the default gcc2.  Also do not use any 
    high level optimizations... stick with -O, or any architecture specific
    options.

    If you are still getting panics with a standard system, then I'd like
    to get a hold of one of the vmcore files and associated kernel.debug so
    I can investigate.
