Hi Emiel:

I'm currently using the nv driver, so I wouldn't rate this as a
very important issue. It would be nice because in my circumstance I can see
that the nvidia driver is faster. But there are without a doubt many things
going on with DragonFly development work that must have higher priorities.
I'd hate to see you spend a lot of time now to get it working when 3 months
from now the process may be in need of repeat.

Good luck with the work in front of you. I'm not a programmer so any
comments from me are more in the vein of end user feedback. I look at code
from time to time because I find it interesting, and it generally increases
my level of understanding as related to my general sysadmin duties. Having
a deeper grasp of some of the concepts has allowed me to get things working
in the past that others have failed miserably with. My thanks go out to all
the coders that make this stuff work! :-)
