	fxtv has had some oddities that go away when the window is partially
covered for some time now, for the last couple of years these have manifested
mostly as VBI not working unless there is partial coverage. I've always assumed
these were connected more with the X11 interaction than the bktr code. Does
the behaviour change if you change the transfer mode in fxtv ?

	These have been in /usr/include/machine/ for as long as there has
been a bktr driver in FreeBSD - have they moved in 5.2 ?
