:pilot error - double free

    Ok.  The changes I made to the slab allocator were fairly minor.
    I did move a double-free check from DIAGNOSTIC to INVARIANTS that
    should have caught it.  that lwkt_send_ipiq() call could only happen
    if the cpuid's didn't match in the zone which should be impossible
    on a UP machine.
