void rotate_scaled_sprite_v_flip_trans(BITMAP *bmp, BITMAP *sprite, int
x, int y, fixed angle, fixed scale);
DESCRIPTION
Draws the sprite, similar to rotate_scaled_sprite_trans() except that
it flips the sprite vertically first.
