NAME
     rcscmp - compare files as rcsfile(5) compliant

SYNOPSIS
     rcscmp file1 file2

DESCRIPTION
     rcscmp examine that two files are idential as rcsfile(5) compliant.

EXIT STATUS
     The rcscmp utility exits EXIT_SUCCESS on success, and EXIT_FAILURE if an
     error occurs.
