NAME
     amrdecoder - AMR decoder

SYNOPSIS
     amrdecoder infile outfile

DESCRIPTION
     Decode an AMR file to header-less (raw), 16-bit signed, mono, 8kHz audio
     samples in the output file. (Input and output files may be '-' for
     standard input or output respectively.)

     amrencoder - AMR encoder

SYNOPSIS
     amrdecoder mode infile outfile

DESCRIPTION
     Convert raw, 16-bit signed, 8kHz mono audio samples in the input file to
     AMR using the supplied encoding mode.
