SYNOPSIS

              int al_get_joystick_stick_flags(ALLEGRO_JOYSTICK *joy, int stick)

DESCRIPTION
       Return the flags of the given "stick".  If the stick doesn't exist,
       NULL is returned.  Indices begin from 0.
