              void al_draw_bitmap_region(ALLEGRO_BITMAP *bitmap,
                 float sx, float sy, float sw, float sh, float dx, float dy, int flags)

DESCRIPTION
       Draws a region of the given bitmap to the target bitmap.

       o sx - source x

       o sy - source y

       o sw - source width (width of region to blit)

       o sh - source height (height of region to blit)

       o dx - destination x

       o dy - destination y

       o flags - same as for al_draw_bitmap(3)
