Detailed Description
       A state machine for rectangle selections.

       Pressing QwtEventPattern::MouseSelect1 selects the first point,
       releasing it the second point. Pressing QwtEventPattern::KeySelect1
       also selects the first point, a second press selects the second point
       and terminates the selection.
