NAME
       MsgFormat - messages database compiler for PGetText

SYNOPSIS
         MsgFormat <LocaleDir> <Language> < myprog.po

DESCRIPTION
       MsgFormat creates database in <LocaleDir> directory with messages from
       <myprog.po> for language <Language>
